Initial Design Consultation

Please only use this option if you require a design consultation to chat through potential design ideas and future alterations you may need. Individuals like to use this service to have an idea of costs, if designs are possible to create and to plan the booking of future fittings.

If you know you are ready to book in a fitting with us, please book your fitting HERE for Bridal or HERE for Occasional Wear/Suiting.

Clients are welcome to bring guests along to the fitting (recommended up to 1-4 people but must state upon booking).

What's included:

Design Consultation:

A 1-hour consultation is included to discuss your design vision, estimated deadlines & budgets. An estimated quotation will be sent after your appointment to decide if you'd like to book follow-up fittings with us to begin designing your dream garment.

If you require a quick 15-minute telephone consultation or video call, complimentary, do contact us and we can arrange this for you.

By booking this appointment, you agree to our terms of service.

Fitting appointments are priced according to the time of booking. We run an extremely busy bespoke and alterations service so booking closer to your deadline will occur at a premium price.

Optional packages for your fitting are available upon booking.

We have to secure fitting appointment payments in advance to ensure that we do not have cancellations. Having multiple cancellations in our business can be detrimental to the runnings of the alterations service. It's a popular service and we want to make sure everyone gets the time for fittings that they need.

*You may move your booking within 3 days notice and your booking will be transferable to another date.

*If you cancel with less than 3 days notice, we will, unfortunately, have to retain your payment for the fitting and you will not be refunded or be able to change your booking date.
