Bridal Alterations Fitting Appointment

Please only use this booking form if you are a Bride. If you require occasional wear fittings for prom, tailoring or bridesmaids, please book your fitting HERE.

Please note, all fittings will take place during the opening hours of our studio on Tuesdays and Thursday, plus, occasional Saturdays. If you require an alternative day, please call or email us.

SPEEDY FEES:

Advance: the consultation is booked 5-12 months before your wedding day — £75

Book this appointment if you have design elements to discuss to your pre-bought wedding dress or require veil customisations, or, you would like to leave your dress with us to store prior to having your fittings with us. You will have the chance to try on your dress, and we will store your dress for you until your next appointment with us.

The more custom the dress alteration, the more months in advance we would advise you to book your dress fitting in.

This appointment will require you to bring your dress and/or accessory along to the fitting. Note, your dress would be completed 2-4 weeks before your wedding day.

Standard: the fitting is booked 3-4 months before your wedding day — £55

Book this appointment if you would like to have your dress altered such as hem alterations, strap adjustments, side-seam adjustments, appliqués or repairs.

This appointment will require you to bring your dress and shoes along to the fitting. Note, your dress would be completed 2-4 weeks before your wedding day.

Gold: the fitting is booked 2 months before your wedding day — £120

Why Gold tier? When you book within 2 months of your wedding, we prioritise your dress in our production schedule to ensure completion 2-4 weeks before your big day. This tier includes:

• Priority scheduling: your dress moves to the front of our workload
• Guaranteed completion timeline: finished 2-4 weeks before your wedding, giving you peace of mind
• Flexibility for weight changes: includes one complimentary adjustment if your measurements change before collection
• Rush labour costs: covers the intensive work required to complete alterations on a tighter timeline

There are limited Gold slots available each month due to production capacity. Booking the 'Standard' tier within 2 months of your Wedding date will result in the speedy charge being applied on your final invoice.

This appointment will require you to bring your dress and shoes along to the fitting.

Platinum: the fitting is booked 1 month before your wedding day — £275

Why Platinum tier? Last-minute alterations require significant schedule reorganisation and intensive labour. This premium tier ensures your dress receives immediate attention:

• Immediate priority: your dress takes precedence over all other projects we are working on
• Accelerated completion: finished 1-2 weeks before your wedding day
• Multiple weight fluctuation adjustments included: ideal if you're post-partum, pregnant, taking weight-loss injections, or planning to drop 2-3 dress sizes
• Dedicated rush service: covers overtime and expedited production costs
• Stress-free guarantee: we handle the pressure so you don't have to

There are VERY limited Platinum slots available each month due to production capacity. We can only accept a small number of rush jobs to maintain quality. Standard or Gold tier bookings made within 1 month of your wedding cannot be guaranteed for completion.

FAQS:

How long is the appointment? 1-Hour Initial Consultation, full quote formed the week after fitting and plan for alterations

How many fittings will I need after the initial appointment? Follow-up fittings will be charged at £45. It is common to have 2-3 fittings for a wedding dress, plus, a collection appointment which is complimentary and is 15 minutes long.

Can I get a quote? After any of the appointments listed have been completed, your quote will be formed, and you will be made aware on the day of your fitting if you need follow-up fittings.

How much are alterations to my wedding dress? The average alterations cost is between £300-800+, depending on what dress alterations are required. The more custom the alteration, the higher the labour or material cost is. We run an extremely busy alterations service so booking closer to your wedding date will occur at a premium price. What if I plan to flucuate in size/loose dress sizes? Should your body shape fluctuate drastically (you intend to lose/put on weight by at least 2-3 dress sizes), we advise you to book a Platinum fitting. This tier includes multiple adjustment appointments to accommodate your changing measurements.

Can I bring guests along? Clients are welcome to bring guests along to the fitting (recommended up to 1-4 people but must state upon booking should we need to make more room for 4+ people).
