Refund policy

We have to secure fitting appointment payments in advance to ensure that we do not have cancellations. Having multiple cancellations in our business can be detrimental to the runnings of the alterations service. It's a popular service and we want to make sure everyone gets the time for fittings that they need.

*You may move your booking to another day prior to 48 hours notice.

*If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, we will, unfortunately, have to retain your payment for the fitting and you will not be refunded or be able to change your booking date.
